Speaker Wendy Thomas Rescheduled To April
The speaker, Wendy Thomas, who was going to come to the Goodwin Library on February 2nd, has now been rescheduled, due to the impending snowstorm. Wendy Thomas will now be coming to the Goodwin Library in April. Please check back later for further details.
Wendy Thomas: Lessons from the Flock We have had several requests for a program on raising chickens and are pleased to present this fun and informative presentation by Wendy Thomas. Wendy is a journalist who wrote a long-running column for The Nashua Telegraph: Simple Thrift. She is currently chronicling the experiences she and her family are having while raising backyard chickens as a source of food. What had started off as a challenge to be thrifty has turned into providing endless hours of entertainment as well as life lessons on the care and feeding of kids and animals.
